Captain O'Rourke brings four decades of technology leadership in defense and cybersecurity. He has led cyber and defense programs for the U.S. Navy and private sector, managing multi-billion dollar projects in IT, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford University and an MS from San Diego State University.
